cut my hair after ikea trip with chen yu. well, still can tie but my pony tail's like....20cm shorter and the julie biscuit length..hahah. but i dun really care how short it goes, cos it will grow back anyway...bet it will be longer when i get back to sch again..so *shrugs* no worries =). yep, went ikea with chen yu today and on the bus we saw this senior...whom we recognised and she recognises us too...so she kept smiling at us, giving us the i know u know me, and u know i know u know me look...yep..but thnks for telling us it was the stop, or we wud haf been lost somewhere in queenstown. well, i didnt have anything in particular to buy, esp becos my mum will prob scream at me if i buy some uselessly cute stuff home...yep. so our aspiring hsewife chen yu...not aspiring lah..hahah, bought a laundry basket and some glasses and a rug. we were getting so excited at the thot of decorating our own hses...sometime in the future.(and the really cool dollhse--imagine, painting ur own walls, and putting in "wallpaper") it's really cool, and she likes the farmhse look while i like the zen look, the dark wood and frosted glass combi (yeah baby). and chen yu prob understands the extent of my obsessions with boxes and uselessly cute stuff...but at least i practise self control :)

i really LOVE the sony handycam ad...i like the song, very special and the words

it takes 3 seconds to fall in love, but 3 decades to get along
3 centuries to preserve a tradition, but 3 minutes to embrace another,
3 colours to paint the world, and 3 megapixels to capture it all

nice rite? hmm....

i think we are all really very blessed...my mum always tells me about her days in malaysia, growing up in a kampung, and how they threw stones and their slippers at bunches of rambutans, even green unripe ones, because they have nothing to eat. that's how blessed we are. everyone on my links, everyone of my frens. no matter how bad life can be to u.....how bad can it be compared to someone who faces difficulty just finding food to eat? and what's on our minds now...how we gonna get strt As for 'O's, what sch we are gonna get into, what scholarships are we gonna apply, what jobs do we wanna get in the future. well, that's reality...i mean, what else can u think about in the world now? in sunday's life, there was an interview with this forensic scientist and she said, in our lives, we endeavour in pursuits for this and that certificates, but when we die, we all get the death certificate. tht's really sth to think abt......well, we cant change reality, and how the world works, but perhaps sometimes we can stop to think about what we are doing, and what our actions mean. if everybody thinks this way, the world will become a better place.
