ever wondered why i named my site 'tranquility- the heart's angel' ?

angels. not seen, not heard. i think that tranquility is a hidden, transparent state of mind that everyone experiences and deep down inside of us, we feel this sense of peace, but we seldom take note of it or realise its existence. therefore, tranquility is our heart's angel -- residing in our hearts, yet not seen, not heard

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------quite tired today...went gymming with thiviya, grace, cat...and did treadmill. fun! i must say that running on treadmill is indeed nicer than running in the open/ on the tracks..how i wish that 2.4 run is on the treadmill!! (not hot 4pm suN!!) well, jas came back! so after PE, toked for a while with jas and felly. and hoho! a heavy downpour after days of humidity (check out grace's humidity indicator man!!) but i got caught in that heavy rain and got my back wet..in an attempt to protect my bag and its contents
